Maybe living on top of a turtle is a normal occurrence in Camp Half-Blood but this is a first for me. Not to mention I was just sleeping in the Argo II a couple of hours ago, I don't even know how I got here.

And there are woods outside the city. However, you may need to consult whoever of the locals will still talk with us about which animals are edible. Or previously acting hunters. You should also make sure the animals are not diseased for the same reason there is rationing. The turtle on whose back we are, off of whom we are living, is sick.

Jason. [Yes, Frank was relieved to see Percy and the others but Jason is just... a whole other kind of relief. Jason is a Roman deimigod like Frank himself is, was raised with the Cohorts like Frank was. He's pretty glad he isn't going to be surrounded by Graecus, if he's completely honest.]

[It's... weird, to say the least, because she knows Frank now, through the experience with the Emperor, but has she technically met him before? Either way, even if she hadn't seen everyone else speaking with him, she would have recognized his voice. But w/e she likes Frank, he's cool, so she's looking friendly enough on the video.]

Hey, Frank. [Then a pause, before she has to offer explanation:] The whole network is anyone who has access to a console, like we do. If you post something publicly, anyone who looks over the network through their consoles can see it. Computers, internet, similar concept.

[Of course that, with all the messages he's gotten Annabeth's would the most practical and useful. The fist time he saw Annabeth she was karate-flipping Percy and Frank was honestly a little scared of her, but but he's gotten to appreciate her wits... and honestly if she wasn't here he'd be flipping out a lot more.

They aren't exactly known for being a level-headed group, but Annabeth manages to keep everything and everyone in order.]

Does that mean the... the people from this place, the blue guys- that they can see this as well?

Only if they use a console at one of the public cafes, as far as I'm aware; they don't seem inclined to it. I've only ever really seen the foreigners use it commonly, but both the Emperor, Commander Evandau, and the local merchant Lieuen have access to it, as well.
