[Tarrlok occupies most of the screen, as close to perfectly centered as he can get, looking like he just spent a few hours getting ready and wearing his best fake smile.]

I suppose if I'm going to be here for a while - [His smile falters at that, but only for a moment.] - I should at least do the courtesy of introducing myself.

I am Councilman Tarrlok, representative of the Northern Water Tribe. I have years of experience with leadership and management along with being a capable waterbender, so please don't hesitate to ask me for assistance if you should find yourself in need.

I'll be honest, here; by the time I figured this thing out I had time to regain my composure.

[He also had to fix his hair and clothing, seeing as he was just in a fight with Korra. No way he's making his introduction looking less-than-perfect.

He's a bit stunned at the name. He knows that name well. But so do a lot of other people. It could be a popular name now.]

Better to ask rather than rudely assume, although she's still a bit embarrassed since she's fairly sure the question makes her sound foolish.]

Yes, I am currently from Republic City. I grew up in the Northern Water Tribe, though. I lived there for a long a time.

[He notices her hair, and is reminded of the stories about the moon spirit he was told as a young boy. Yue is pretty much a Northern Water Tribe hero now, after all.

But, surely they couldn't be holding the moon spirit hostage here, right?]

I'm from the Northern Water Tribe, too! [Someone is excited that more of her people are in this place - even if they're not from the same time as she is.]

Although admittedly, I've never actually left until I was brought here.
