So... this is a place between life, death, and dreaming, huh? Well, I guess I've heard of weirder things happening.

At least I've got some experience with the being trapped away from home thing. Alternate realities can be a huge pain in the ass like that. [ p...ause... ] In any case, is there anyone on this network that knows of a city called Metropolis? I figure if I'm going to be stuck here, I might as well see if there's anyone at least a little familiar around.

Well, I wasn't. I was about eleven when it happened. So imagine my surprise when I get to Earth, a strange, overwhelming planet that I know nothing about—and it doesn't help that I landed in Gotham of all places—and my baby cousin isn't such a baby anymore. In fact, he's a good deal older than me and had a serious overprotective streak.

Wait so...you're saying you're his...older cousin but you're younger?

And ouch, total bummer on the Gotham thing.

Completely. I thought 'Hey I'm a clone of Superman and when he was dead I fought three other dudes for attention and recognition of being the S-Man.' was bad.

If there's anything I've learned while I've been on Earth, it's that someone out there always has a weirder story than you.

Well... I have friends in Gotham. Which makes me think of the city fondly even if it's really not great.

Sort of just learned to accept that not so long ago/ Not as selfish as I used to be.

Ugh, right I got one person I really know in Gotham and...I still don't think of it like that.
