You're ahead of some, then... not everyone here is used to appearing randomly in other realities. Although, it's been determinedly a pain in the ass, so I'll agree with you there.

I haven't heard of Metropolis, but then it seems like you've been lucky to find at least one other that does. [He'd paid attention to anything that hadn't been encrypted.]

I'm from Earth... 2012, if that makes a difference... different version of Earth than some of the others, though.

Uh... I'm from Philadelphia originally. New York more recently. I'm pretty sure we don't have a city actually called Metropolis in either of the universes I'm from, though. Isn't that kind of like just calling the place 'City'?
