My name is Noah Bennet. I'm an Agent in a very specialized division of Homeland Security within the United States Government.

If anyone here knows anything about.. potentially extraordinary individuals, or works with the U.S. government, I'd like to speak to you.

This isn't my first time in another universe or dying and I was only recently informed of the turtle. I thought I should stick to what I know.

But a lot of people here could be considered to have "extraordinary potential" and they're really. Not a threat.

I don't think that they're all a threat, but I think that some are capable of it. I'm new to this place and I'm worried about not knowing which are which.
