[The face that appears on the screen tonight is young, no more than twelve or thirteen years old, and incredibly calm as the boy pauses to look into the camera, wondering if it's actually working. He smoothes the fabric of his shirt once before raising his hand to his chest and leaning forward in a small, polite bow.]

Good evening. It looks like I'll be spending a longer time in this world than I thought when I first woke up here, so tonight I would like to introduce myself as well as ask a question, to anybody who may be watching.

My name is Ricardo Russo, and I've been giving a housing in the "Woods" sector of the city according to the per-- kedan who brought me here. If we're neighbors, I hope that we may get along, and if it is not any trouble, that I could be given some advice on the dos and don'ts of living in Tu Vishan. I'm afraid it's my first time living on my own, so I'm not very sure how to go about it now that I've been thrown in this situation so suddenly.

[Here, Ricardo pauses, his definitely unworried expression changing to show a little bit of concern and he touches his chin in a thoughtful manner, then continues.]

Also, if anybody knows of a man who calls himself Christopher and has sharp teeth like a shark's, I would like to know of his whereabouts. He's a friend of mine. I'm sure, if he is here and knows how to view these posts, he'll come find me on his own, but he'd probably like it if he knew I was looking for him, too.

Haven't seen Christopher, but he might show up, yet, I guess.

You need anything? Most don'ts include 'don't be bad to the locals' and 'don't do things that attract the attention of the thing that we've been brought here because of'. Like sayin' its name. The rest pretty much depends on the person you're talking with or such.

As to what to do, what've you found out yet on your own, this far?

I believe I'll be all right for a few days, although eventually I'll have to find some way to earn money. Do you have any advice on where I may be able to find work?

[The more industrialized, business parts of the city would be his best bets, he's already thinking, but if someone could give him a specific location or a connection, it would be helpful.]

Depends on what you're willing to do. I paint fences - and houses, and so on - and that works for me. There're people with fancier jobs, too, of course.

[Small nod.]

Yeah, the 1 means it's a one-level suite. There're people with two and three levels, haven't heard anyone with more than that. But all the 'foreigner' places are kinda close by, anyway, in a sector, so it's definitely neighbors.

I've got the knowledge for a variety of jobs, but I don't think I have the strength for a lot of labor jobs. Would any store hire someone my age to work there, though?

... yeah, I think so. I know at least one kid that's... maybe fourteen? Works at a restaurant, too. There's a lot of bookstores.

The foreigner-run businesses... well, there's the big two companies, Stark's and Wayne's. They're more in the advancements department. Tech, and pharmaceuticals. And there's smaller ones, like the bakery and the fishing business and all.

I think most of them will hire whoever is old enough to do the work.

I think there are, but it'd be difficult to infiltrate those. What with the kedan being shape-shifters who don't like to look human.

Oh, I'm not interested in infiltrating them.

I just thought that if they existed, I should do my best to avoid trouble with them and, if possible, observe.
