[This is weird. This feels weird and she is not comfortable. But there's a storm coming, and any issues she has with being open and friendly can wait until Liz is done with all of this.]

So at this point, I'd say just about everybody knows about the storm that's coming up. [HRGH THIS FEELS WEIRD.]

It hasn't really started up yet, but if anybody is stu-- [Just get on with it instead of insulting anyone you may be trying to help.] If anybody finds themselves out in the Earth Sector while the storm is going on, they're welcome to come to EA-1A until everything dies down.

It can't fit too many people, but there's food and water, and if the power goes out, I can still work things out as far as heating goes.

Although it'd be smarter to just stay home while this is all going on. [Because seriously, if you're going out in the middle of a hurricane for reasons that don't involve getting people to safety, she's pretty sure you're an idiot.]

[Ororo comes online with damp hair and a faintly irritated expression. A long jacket's hung up on the door behind her and dripping water steadily on the floor as the low lighting of the café is flickers.]

Whatever anyone's thinking, this isn't me.

[She gestures vaguely upwards, indicating the storm raging outside. She grabs up a towel borrowed from the café owners and starts rubbing the worst of the water out of her hair as she adds a final thought:]

This thing's way out of my league.

[Sure, she's been lying low on the whole X-Men thing, but way too many people have recognised her and she's given up on the whole closet-mutant deal after the gang wars mess outing her powers a half dozen times.]

[Kitty's in front of the console's camera, leaning over from a standing position. Occasionally, the lights flicker, and she looks up at them, concerned.]

Since it looks like we're going to be stuck inside for awhile [she looks out the window, here, at the rain that's absolutely pouring down] and the kedan mentioned there are going to be power outages, it doesn't really make sense for us to be holed up alone, right?

We can make a party of it. Food and drink while supplies last; bring your own if you want to not go dry or hungry.

Don't try to risk it if it's too dangerous at the moment, but if you're in Wood or it's quieted down, stop in. I'm in WO-2B.
