akitoToday it is Father's Day where I come from. A day to celebrate the father or father-figure in your life, usually with a gift or a card. Just a token of your appreciation, ne?
It's the first Father's Day since I learned I had a father, so I think I'll try to celebrate it even if he isn't here. After all, they say that it's the thought that counts! Hopefully my good thoughts will reach him.
