I need to finish deciphering it- I know it's powerful, but I don't know the specifics, or what the cost will be. Apparently it's purpose is to 'Seal him in light and let it burn eternal.' in hopes that such will eventually destroy him. Shred him as he shredded someplace called Bysaliat, although I don't know if that's the name of where the kedan came from, or one of the turtles that died.
