[After trying to process things for days, she's finally willing to poke herself about again. She's been mostly alone in her rooms.]

If this place is all you have, what would you do? If home isn't an option any more, what things would you want to do here?

If nothing matters... [She's tense, sounding depressed.]

I guess I should make a list of things I've never done and do them. I just don't know where to start. Or do all the things I like to do. Me and my mom used to go hiking, but I guess I can't really do that here.

[She just sort of fades off before shutting the feed off.]

There you go. There's something. There's a ton of different things you can do here, even if you have something to go back to. I mean look at me, I'm trying to run a bakery.

I do like the bakery. [Even if Abigail often comes across like she is questioning every call her and Lincoln make. She's just a teenager. She does that with everyone. But truth is, she's warming up to Liv. And Lincoln isn't so bad to look at. So that's a plus.]

[ Olivia doesn't mind people questioning her, she's a pushy person herself so she deals with it well. She gives a warm smile at that though, she's glad the bakery is serving some good. ]

I'm glad. I think Astrid, who started this, probably baked to destress, so it's good that people are enjoying it. That means it's serving its purpose.

I'm not really a baker. I just do the business stuff. [Or try to.]

Well, what I meant was that it came about to be something that was enjoyed, so I'm glad that you're liking it because then it's serving its purpose. Besides the fact that your "business stuff" is saving out butts because none of the rest of us can do it.

[ Seriously, she and Lincoln are wonderful people, but they are not the best at the business stuff. ]

[She gives a small but appreciative smile.]

I'm glad I can help. [She likes you guys, even if she comes across as a know it all teenager sometimes.]

So are we. Believe me, we need someone to sanity check this whole thing.

Well, considering that we can look at exploded heads without thinking it's gross, you're at least far closer to sanity than we are.

You'd be surprised what I've been through, Liv. [Finding human hair in pillows, realizing you've eaten human meat, seeing your best friend naked and mounted on antlers, burying a corpse, unburying a dead corpse, and have the senior member of the Behavioral Unit at the FBI question you while the dead corpse of your attacker stands between the two of you...]

Probably, but I also know that you're a nice girl who is willing to put up with some people trying to conduct fringe science adjacent to a bakery.

[ She has nice bones in her body along with the multitude of crazy and sarcastic and funny bones, and Abigail seems like she could use a little bit of faith and support at the moment. ]

Fringe science? [Never heard that term before.]

You know, things like mind control, teleportation, astral projection, invisibility, genetic mutation, re-animation... Pick your favorite pseudo-science and then pretend it's real.

People study that?

The crazies do, yeah.

[ Walter is crazy after all. ]

Is any of it real?

Oh, yeah. Probably all of it. I've seen some of it happen before my eyes, and the stuff I haven't seen probably just means it's still in development.

[ Hell, she's even done the teleportation thing herself. Sort of. ]

So you believe it all? [That's pretty amazing actually.]

It's hard not to believe it when it's staring you in the face. If I didn't believe it I probably would have died by now.

Wow. It kind of explains the bakery though.

Yep! And a large part of Walter never left the 70's which explains why we're worried about LSD contamination than anything worse.

Oh, I completely get that now.

I think we're managing pretty well so far though.
