Yes, she's one of Toothiana's helpers... the Tooth Fairy.

[ There are so many aspects of the origin that Jack doesn't want to tackle with someone who wouldn't know its tale, especially because spirits in general tried not to get too entangled in what were ascribed to "their" holidays... whether it be religious or whatever else. So he sticks with the simplest explanation he can. ]

A holiday that focuses on celebrating a bountiful harvest and sharing it with friends and neighbours. Families get together and eat big dinners and everyone's happy. Where I'm from, it started being regularly celebrated every year from about... a hundred and fifty years ago. Err, from the year it is at home. But the very first one was held by Pilgrims and that was about a hundred and fifty years before I was born... which makes it about 400 years ago, at home.

That means it started in the 1600's--Yeah, another thing she wouldn't live to see.]
