[Molly is thankfully unaffected by the current magical madness. Thank goodness. She's also got quite a few piles of scrolls and books (borrowed temporarily from the magic shop) spread across her room. One, in fact, is following her around at a steady hover, considering she's currently paying attention to the console.]

So, uh -- no one freak out about all this craziness too much, okay? We're trying our best to get it under control; and by 'we' I mean 'me, Zatanna, and probably a few other people.' So if you have any ...problems or anything, I guess, look me up and I'll see what I can do.

--Also I could use some help translating the kedan language. I know a little, but this stuff is pretty old, and I think someone else would probably do a better job than me. So let me know, okay?

[Here, she gives the camera a little salute and a grin.] Molly Carpenter, out.

You have some.. magical bullshit turning pretty much everyone into God knows what and you're telling them not to freak out because two teenage girls are working on it? You're unbelievable.

Okay, first of all? Not a teenager. Second of all, I've dealt with a lot weirder shit than this in the past, so I'm pretty sure I can figure something out. Magic is magic, even in this place.

Also, I'd think twice before pissing off a wizard. Just a thought for you there, buddy.

Look, when your magic stops endangering peoples' lives? Then I'll work on being nicer.

[--Right, and the video's switching on to show Molly, apparently holding a ball of fire in her hand and giving the console a very flat look.] Apparently, yeah.

Sure doesn't seem to be anyone dying right now. Maybe some people are pissed off, but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen or felt any life-endangering going on. Compared to home, this place is pretty pleasant. [Aside from the whole death realm thing. And the rationing. And the random zombies.]

[He matches the video to meet the unspoken challenge. Because he's not afraid of any threat she'll throw at him, even if it's stupid to think that way.]

Tell that to the kids who can't get the food they need in the middle of a string of break-ins in which weapons have gone missing.

[It's not intended to be an obvious threat, but it certainly is one. She may keep quiet about it, but she will do some vicious, possibly not entirely ethical things to protect people she cares about. Luckily, she's not pissed off, just trying to make a point, so she closes her hand and the ball of fire poofs away.]

Funny, I don't think I've seen any mention of that around.

[Because, while he might be overreacting, he has seen some kids around struggling to get by and that worries him.]

Wrong idea. Point is, get it fixed, alright?
