four ☂ video ☁ alright don't worry even if things end up a bit too heavy
[ When the feed comes on, Isaac is giving as close a smile as he can. He's not a grinning guy, so it's somewhere between a smirk and a genuine smile. He's also back in his own body. It's a good week. ]
Question. Is anyone sick of having to be in one place to check messages and send them? I don't know about you guys, but I miss phones. And texting. Texting made everything so easy. [ Not to mention, it kept people safe. Instantaneous danger alert, natch. ] Anybody able to come up with some sort of phone prototype? I'd ask if magic can convert a phone or something - cause there's magic here - but, mine is still in the cradle of the car I was driving. So, I want the next best thing. I'd even say some sort of weird telepathy thing could be cool but nobody should be inside my mind. And I don't care what you're all thinking.
[ Also, gross, being inside someone's mind. Switching gears. ]
Also. I feel like my circle of social interaction is limited. No offense to people from Beacon Hills, but I'm used to the small town high school atmosphere. Even being infamous was better than this. So, I'm looking for some friends. I have one really, [ A beat as he considers this ] really good friend. [ Because, what is he going to define right now? ] And I think I had a friend who I pissed off and then there's Erica but there should be more, right? That's what being a teenager is about? Friends and stuff? Since I can't go to school, I want the school experience.
Also, sports. I play lacrosse - if anybody knows what I'm talking about. And thanks to gym class, I've played everything from badminton (no) to basketball (sure, I'm tall) - anybody into organizing something? I even ran cross-country. So, finding some guys to run with. Could be cool.
[ He has all this excess energy, sue him. ]
Also - parties. Specifically, raves? Clubs? Anything like that here?
[ 30% hackable - Stiles Stilinski
We should talk. Catch up. I uh - I got something for you last week.
[ 30% hackable - Scott McCall
I know I called you a friend. You're like my best friend. I also know we've crossed into, you know, more territory. I just - don't know what you thought about me being full disclosure. I can get back on the network and shout it to the rooftops. I've just never been that guy. Or, had the chance to be. Anyway, uh, yeah. [ He blushes and looks away. ] Yeah.
[ 30% hackable - Erica Reyes
We're overdue for catch up. And I need to tell you something.
[ end hacks
[ And then, he turns the camera back onto the public feed. ]
I know why we were brought here and the name we can't say and all but, am I the only person who thinks this place doesn't suck? Discuss.

video; basic encryption; the bomb encryption
[With their sectors next to each other, opposite Metal, it would make sense for them to meet somewhere midway unless he could ping the location of the place directly.]

Fifteen.
[Erica doesn't say good bye before signing off. She simply ends the feed and heads out the door. No bothering at her clothes or make-up, no fussing at her hair. For once it doesn't even occur to her to do so.]
action;
Surely enough, like he's promised, he mills around the center of the city, waiting patiently. Maybe they can get lunch. He told Stiles two hours. ]
perma-action;
It's childish, and likely won't work with his werewolf senses, but Erica's glad to see him, especially since they're going to go have some fun.]
perma-action;
Really? [ He half laughs and shakes his head. ] Metal?
no subject
Yeah, let's go.
[Erica heads toward Metal, assuming Isaac will guide them both when necessary. As they walk, she shoots him curious look out of the corner of her eye.]
Been keeping busy at the bakery? How's your hot boss?
I can't believe I used the wrong which in my last tag
Still angry. But not a threat. [ He shrugs that off. ] Doesn't matter. Olivia likes me. [ And that's what matters. ] What about you? Did you get a job?
it's that time of year, what with Halloween coming up...
Glad that at least things are okay with Olivia, Erica nods and tucks her hands into her back pockets with a grin.]
Yeah I did. I'm Tony Stark's new office manager.
[Smug Erica is smug. Be jealous, Isaac.]
That's it, a cultural Freudian slip of the tongue
Tony Stark. Talked to him once. Teased him about Stiles. The virgin thing. I should probably stop bringing it up. [ A smirk. ] Damn. You landed a good one. I got FBI bakery. Maybe I should cast a wider net.
no subject
FBI bakery isn't bad. Maybe between the four of us we can work a different enough kinds of places to keep a better eye and ear on what's happening in this place.
[Reaching up, she pushes some hair back from her face.]
What about you? What's new?
no subject
[ To gather information. ]
Oh uh - well, Scott and I uh - we went on a date.
no subject
Erica can't really say she didn't see this coming. She'd smelled them on each other weeks ago. She kissed Isaac and he thought of Scott. Perhaps they'd finally realized what she and Stiles had ages ago. The smile on her face is a little forced, but it doesn't lack a certain genuine quality.]
How did it go?
no subject
no subject
Really nice?
no subject
no subject
What did you two do? I mean, you know, where did you go?
no subject
We went to The Brazen Turtle. Stiles was not there. And we had dinner. He had this private room reserved. Which is impressive since we decided to go on a date like, ten minutes before we got there. But, it's Scott so not that surprising?
no subject
That's...really nice actually. Erica can appreciate that thoughtful arrangement of some privacy during what was bound to be a potentially awkward situation. First dates are hard enough and up until this point neither has gone on a date with another guy so. Dammit Scott you earn points for that.]
Must have flashed the owner those puppy dog eyes or something.

no subject
Well it's what's happening in your life, so yeah. How did dinner go once you sat down?
no subject
no subject
[Not that she'd know. She'd never been on one herself. Too busy being sickly and teased or werewolf-ing around town.]
Was it like you hoped it'd be like?
no subject
no subject
Can't say I'm surprised. Saw that coming before you two did, I think.
[It occurs to her that Isaac's done what she once told Allison she'd do. Isaac's got Scott, as much as another person can be "taken" or claimed by another. She wonders what Allison's reaction to that would be, finding out Isaac and Scott are dating.]
