[ Here is a blonde teenager, her hair in a loose ponytail, and her blue eyes curious. She's settled a bit, so. Here she is again. ]
Hey, guys!
First, I want to apologize for my previous post. I promise, I've now learned about the use the inboxes, and it won't happen again. Anyway! My name's Cassie, and I have a question. Sadly, it's probably not a very. important. question that might help resolve the situation, here, just something I'm curious about.
I know people here come from different times... I mean, people who know each other and come from the same world. So, that means that some of us come from other people's futures.
If a friend - or enemy, I suppose - comes in, would you want them to tell you what your future holds? What happens to you or your friends?
Or would you rather let it be?
I mean, not like - going to the Emperor to be shown. Just - being told. By friends.
I hope it makes sense?
[ She gives a wave and then ... sits back a bit, the good cheer easing up. ]
Oh, and I've heard about the people who've suddenly gone. I'm sorry to everyone missing people, um. I hope they turn up all right.

[But hearing it from somebody else just makes her chest tight and close and. How can she deal with that? Or the hopelessness?]
[She swallows thickly, then manages a soft question.]
Then... how about here? How is being here treating you?
[ video ]
I knew the happiness would end.
[ video ]
... Hey, if you're going out for food or clothes or something, and you want company, you can always give me a call? I think it should be good to hang out with somebody, right?
[Sorry for the slang, Eponine. But Cassie will try not to let you feel too alone...?]
Re: [ video ]
Hang out? Oh- of course, Cassie. That would be wonderful. I would much appreciate the company.
But rest assured, you have nothing to be sorry for.
[ video ]
Yes? Great. Um. Which sector are you in? That's the first question to ask around here, isn't it?
And what do you usually do with your day, here?
[ video ]
I wander and explore. I've been told to write a resumé to get a job, but I have nothing to put on it. So there is that.
I do try to spend time with the friends I have, but if there is not that, then I am drinking.
[ video ]
... you know, we can look around for possible jobs, too. And then come up with something for resumés. But I'll probably not be joining you for drinking. My dad would flip.
[ video ]
That would be kind of you, thank you. [She raises an eyebrow.] Your father is here with you? Strange! Mine was the one to encourage it.
[ video ] (Sorry for being so horribly late!)
And I'd love to do it! And, yeah, my dad's here! It's... I've missed him. Anyway. I think the drinking thing might be because of the times? Medicine discovers more and more of how alcohol affects young people, so there's legislation to keep kids from drinking. In my country, that's all up until one turns twenty-one.
