Which is made difficult, as the blindness from the event is lingering. While Zel continues to leave the video off on his console, you can probably hear a few thumps as he focuses on working the electronics without sight]

If I find that old couple again, I'm going to have some words with them...

I know I wasn't the only one wandering around incorporeal for the past couple of days. Has anyone else noticed any... lingering effects?

Also, even assuming I still have a job, I'm going to need a new one. For the time being, at least. And finding one won't be easy.

[Damian's not planning on stopping searching until there's an answer. Soon. And, maybe, things like the blindness (and other losses) can be resolved. But that doesn't mean that he can't ask if help is necessary - he'll just not be as quick to offer as he is with Julie.]

I have the non-perishables before my unexpected vacation from the physical world. And I think I can walk to the grocery store on my own, and not buy anything obviously rotten. But if I don't find another job that I can do while blind, I won't have the money for groceries.
