So I'm not the only one noticing how all the kedan are boarding up their shops and homes, right? Sounds like a storm's coming, so I was wondering, uh... anyone need a place to stay for however long it goes?

[ Korra goes to scratch the side of her head as she glances off to the side of the camera. ]

I've already started on making a building in the Water Sector. It's not complete yet, but it will be soon!

[ And Korra will upload a picture onto the net ~~she's so proud of herself that she's learned to do this much and somehow got a kedan to help her take the photo, too~~. It's a sizable large dome, and Korra's got the base done. A side of it is also nearly done, and the overall shape is reminiscent of an igloo. There's still spots that need a bit of toughening up with some waterbending and all, but overall... getting there! It might be curious thing how one person could build this by herself, but... shhhhh. ]

Are you a magician?

Nope! In my world, I'm a bender... or more specifically, I'm the Avatar of my world. It's kind of part of the job description to be able to do this.

What exactly is your job description?

It's... kinda hard to explain, but I'm supposed to keep... world peace in order? Keep it in balance. Protect the people. That sort of thing.

Sounds like a pretty big job. You have to do it all by yourself?

Not always by myself. I have... I have my friends to help me out!

Can they do that "bending" thing too? Or is that only an Avatar thing?

They can! Er, well, one of them can't, but only the Avatar can use multiple elements. Other people are just stuck at one.

Like the elements that the districts are named after here: water, fire, metal, earth, wood?

Yeah, something like that! You... really don't have anything like bending back home, huh?

There are people with powers, but they're not tied to elements. It's more like people who can fly or who have super strength.

We definitely have a variety of people like those! In fact, some people use the elements to give them flight, too. We can get around.

Can you fly? I mean, if you have all of those powers, it's not impossible, right?

Yeah, I can! With water whirls or streams of fire to help me up... sometimes I use the earth to propel me up, but, uh... only when it's not on someone else's property.

Do you make your own fire or does it have to exist already? Because that's the one element that isn't everywhere.
