006 ✞ [video]✞ Encrypted from Damian times a million
(A million, of course, meaning the highest she currently knew how to code, which was a solid 60%. Thus, he theoretically could still hack it, should he choose to do so)
[It had been more than a week, and Midii was still at a complete loss. So much so, she was finally desperate enough to go to the Network for help. Something that, under most any other circumstance, she would never do. Which spoke volumes about the situation as a whole. And how she felt about it.]
[After more than a full ten seconds of silence wondering how to phrase her problem, before she gave up and just blurted out the first question that came to mind:]
How do you get someone to admit he's being a jerk?

And he didn't give you any other indications anything changed? Just called you by your last name instead of your first, no other changes in behavior?
[Yep, even knowing about Bats, Lois is a bit puzzled.]

No. Unless you could the argument.
He was so stubborn! I've heard him try to boss me around a little in the past, but it was never any different from the Captain giving orders back home. And it was almost always something...I don't know...nice? Like when he taught me to dance, or helped me when my body grew up during that whole mess a while back.

Well. I don't know him too well--he's a kid, and we're from different cities. But at a guess? If he seemed like he was being nice, he probably was.
Also at a guess, he's going to be pretty thick-headed about changing behaviors, and talk about things like 'emotions' isn't going to do much. I can't--I won't--speak for him. But my guess is you've got a problem of language. Figuratively speaking.

[Until now.]
I don't...talk much about emotions, either. I just wanted him to keep calling me Midii, and he refused.
[Her eyes lower. Damian wasn't the only emotionally repressed child, it seemed.]
Normally, I would agree with you. But Damian speaks French. I know he does. He's fluent. Even without the translator, I'm sure we would be able to talk and understand one another just fine.
