[Billy looks a mess, his hair is dry, but sticking up everywhere from the wind and rain. The right side a little more than the rest from running his hand through it so often. He might be coming across as worried and he is.]

Has anyone seen Teddy? He went out into the storm to help out but he...he hasn't checked in. He's not back yet and he hasn't...that isn't like him.

[He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, making it stick up even more.]

He's tall, kind of broad shouldered and built, but not too built! He has blond hair and blue eyes and piercings.

[He stops because he's starting to sound really worked up, he takes a deep breath a holds it, rubbing his eyes. He lets out a shaky breath and sniffs trying to rein everything in.]

Sorry. I uh...I hope no one got hurt in the storm.

[Billy could feel and hear his foot tapping and he loosened his hold, leaning back and then he was about to let go when he cries out from the sudden noogie and flails his arms to shove at Tommy.]

T-Tommy! [He laughs and shoves, leaning back, flattening his hair.]

Thanks. [That was to having his back.]

Got yours too, or I will when I stop being such an idiot.

[Tommy releases him pretty quickly, and grins a little. It's nice to know that he's still capable of quips, and he gives Billy a light shove.]

I'm pretty sure you're always gonna be an idiot, Billy. It's like, ingrained into your mind or something.

[He rolls his eyes and shoves Tommy back.]
