[Billy looks a mess, his hair is dry, but sticking up everywhere from the wind and rain. The right side a little more than the rest from running his hand through it so often. He might be coming across as worried and he is.]

Has anyone seen Teddy? He went out into the storm to help out but he...he hasn't checked in. He's not back yet and he hasn't...that isn't like him.

[He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, making it stick up even more.]

He's tall, kind of broad shouldered and built, but not too built! He has blond hair and blue eyes and piercings.

[He stops because he's starting to sound really worked up, he takes a deep breath a holds it, rubbing his eyes. He lets out a shaky breath and sniffs trying to rein everything in.]

Sorry. I uh...I hope no one got hurt in the storm.

Yeah he's kinda big in a built way. He'd be good at lifting things and stopping things from falling over. Maybe flying, but not so much in this weather.

Well, then we gotta find wherever the most damage has happened and start there. I mean, green's a little weird even for the kedan, right?

[Yeah well, he hadn't thought about it until he saw Hulkling when he wasn't green...and then when he changed his appearance as Hulkling, then yes. Green was pretty damn hot.]

[He gestures towards the sky, hand crackling with electricity.]
