As more than enough time has passed I feel obliged to seek out a means to supply myself in the name of the World Turtle’s cause.
[She just had to make sure to get this computer thing down pat first, and look at her, doing a fine job using the camera…well it’s not as shaky as it was when she first arrived and she’s quite proud of that. More to their credit than hers are the fine tutors she has had in the use of the technology.]
I have been told that one of the essentials of this world is work and seeking it out. Now that I have acquired knowledge about the status of my family and my situation this seems to be the next logical step.
[Even though it is probably out of her typical comfort zone, being the Queen of Asgard she has spent time with her people, the only position she really ever had was that of a wife, mother, and ruler. Now she had to present herself in a way that would make her seem qualified to work…
…and she wasn’t all that sure she had anything valuable to offer, but shrinking away is also not an option. So sitting upright and looking confident she continues.]
First I shall dispense with my titles, one of them at least; I cannot see how being queen of another realm would be functional realistically other than illustrating my organization, mediation, and leadership qualities.
[She could easily say these qualities could be applied to a mother, any mother.]
I also possess strength that is supplied to people of Asgard, fundamental knowledge of and concerning magic, and the capacity to fight if necessary.
These are the qualifications of Frigga--if you can harness these qualities and find a means of putting them to use then I am at your disposal. [If you need references talk to her children and ask them about her work.]

video;
[On top of that she has children and only one gown, definitely not winter ready this one.]
video;
Are you mortal?
I mean, like, most of the mortal royalty seems so uptight.
[Well, so does several immortals he knows, but she doesn't talk at all like that.]
[Oh and uh... excuse the blunt question.]
video;
Mortal...I suspect you mean by the strictest definition? If this is the case then I am mortal, but I could live for thousands of years without expiring, unless fatally wounded...different from a mortal of Midgard or Earth in such regards.
[Not that it is particularly easy to kill someone from Asgard, but it has been known to happen given the right enemies.]
Although I am not sure how "up" can be "tight" [she tends to take things pretty literally this one] but I shall endeavor to be the opposite in some measure. "Down" and "loose" would it be?
[Is downloose even a word? It is now.]
video;
[And then smiles with a chuckle.]
A woman of your stature probably doesn't need to get too down and loose. [He loved playing with words with these non-modern folks.] Just, uh... keep doing what you're doing, I guess.

video;
Gabriel, m'lady.
video;
It is a pleasure, Gabriel.
video;
[He likes her already.]
video;
video;
Don't worry, I'll be around.
[Oh yes, Gabe, she was so worried.]
video;
--And if for some reason you have gone astray I will be sure to have a taskforce reacquire you.
[She's pretty sure she could mobilize some people anyway.]
video;
That's so sweet, thank you.
video;
Not at all, it would be a civic duty.
video;
[Oh, hear that? A civic duty. He likes her.]
