[Maybe he's being overly cautious, but Tim isn't entirely sure if he's still in the Unternet and thus the city is just some trick, and so he chooses to make his first entry on the cities network text only. His decision is further bolstered by the uniform stowed away - the uniform further complicating the location decision. If he wasn't in the Unternet, then logically he shouldn't have that uniform. Still, Tim knows at least how find if he has any allies in this unknown city - virtual world or not.]
Well. That was a pretty rude awakening. I'm not used to waking in the tub surrounded by strangers. I mean, sure the tour of the city was different and the welcome pamphlet is a nice touch. But I'm not a huge fan of waking up in some fantasy movie and being told I'm going to fight some big bad evil. I'm not really the hero type.
Heck, I haven't even had my morning coffee.
Oh! Name's Todd Richards. Don't suppose anyone here has heard of Star City? Or knows where to get that coffee? [That should pique the interest of anyone familiar with his dimension. And the name should alert any close allies...]

There's places here that make basically pizza so you're in luck as well!
[Text]
Okay, cool. I'm gonna go find one of these places and try come to terms with being in a city on a giant turtle.
[Text]
Oh I'm Kon by the way.

You would say that about pizza, wouldn't you? [He's giving nothing away, but if this is Kon? Then he should at least recognise his best friend's voice.]

It's a staple in my diet, what can I say? Also, don't know any Todd's unless you mean a Jason.
[The voice was really bugging him, it felt like he should really know this person. A conversation, occasionally being around it for a while...Kon shakes his head even though Todd couldn't see it.]
I do know an Al though?
[It was a probe. He didn't want to make an outright guess.]

Getting warmer, warmer and - there you go Kon.]
Yeah, but Alvin Draper is a wanted art thief so he has to be careful about how he throws his name around.
Hey.
voice; batcryption 70%
[Oh ho, well that was something he didn't expect to hear at all.]
Art theft, huh? Never took you for the kind.
[This felt so different than to how it did before not even two months ago. Easier? Easier felt like the right way to put it.]
Welcome back.

[Well, that was the second indication that Kon maybe wasn't the Superboy he was used to.]
Hey, I had a guy to save from the timestream. It was a necessary evil.
Wait. What? Back?

[Kon laughs a little.]
Seriously? Hmm, guess I can let it slide as long as it worked.
[Kon's instantly quiet now. It's the kind of silence you can feel since it was so abrupt. Kon was thinking on what to say. This was the third time Tim had arrived here on the turtle and it was the second time he had no idea about it. Not an act. Kon knew this was genuine and he frowned because he was going to have to go through things again. Although hopefully this time there wouldn't be a long period of time where they didn't talk.]
Yeah. Back. You've been here before. You didn't remember your first time either so I'm guessing it's one of those times. Great. I always wanted to start over again.
voice; batcryption 70%
[Tim frowns. Sounds like he's going to have to rendezvous with both Kon and Bart and straighten some things out.]
You make it sound like I've been here twice before. And like something hasn't been right either time?
voice; batcryption 70%
But oh. This kind of thing wasn't the best to really lay on so thick after Tim had just gotten here. He makes a face, thankful for the fact this is voice only.]
You have. I can't really say much about the first time, you weren't here long. [He was bummed when he left and went straight to Superman.]
voice; batcryption 70%
I see. Has that kind of thing happened to other people? They've vanished for a while and then come back? [A valuable piece of information to be sure, and the more Kon can tell him from personal experience the better - hearing it from his friend would help cement anything he pulled off the network.]
voice; batcryption 70%
Happened a view times. Sometime people remember being here before, sometimes it's like you and they don't remember at all. Most of the time people don't come back though.
voice; batcryption 70%
So. I really do need that coffee. Which means you, me and Bart need to get pizza, coffee and discuss some things. Because I have some questions and I haven't quite figured the ins and outs of this encryption thing yet. [Give him another half hour and he'll have it figured out, but for now there are more important things.]

[Kon wondered if Tim knew he was from an earlier point in time. From a few...years no doubt. He also wondered if Tim was from somewhere during his later death. Was he expecting to see someone similar to Conner? To how he was going to be back home? Kon had changed here, grown. But he wasn't as built and still didn't have everything developed.]
Don't blame ya for having questions, quite a trip you've just taken.

Then we can work things out.
