[Since he and Lois created the radio Clark had felt little need to use the network. Clark Kent wasn't one to make announcements at whole and since his father had left the turtle the hassle of going to a public place to have an anonymous location had only made him... well, honestly it had made him kind of sad.
But he felt this needed to be discussed in a two-way channel. So Clark Kent looks slightly worried, with a set of notes by his hand.]
Those who know me might know I'm against the death penalty. I have always been, but since it's withing the law I have respected it. Or, I usually do.
[He worries his lower lip a bit, rereading the notes as if it would change what they said. They don't, like they haven't every single time he's checked.]
Some of you might remember Dust, that drug that has been causing some trouble in some neighborhoods in the turtle. Thanks to the efforts of some foreigners we see less and less of it lately, but it's still not been eradicated. In the cases where dealing with it has gotten someone killed, laws in this place dictate the sentence is death per murder.
Lately, Evandau has been carrying out said sentences. There's been at least four cases where he's personally killed the accused Kedan. Which is pretty weird in itself, considering he definitely has a lot of other things to worry about right now. [Weird and very uncomfortable to Clark, but not really worthy of bringing it to everyone's attention so quickly.]
But... well. I have reasons to believe that in some of those cases he's been carrying out that sentence even before they were proved guilty.
[And he ends the post with that sentence, letting it hang on the air.]
