I've heard that several Foreigners have opened businesses here. I wonder if you could advise me. The last time I ended up with a shop, it was simply a matter of serving the right man the right cup of tea.

Of course, if any of the local businesses want to branch out into tea, that would also be an option.

There's a rehab center that could use that kind of thing, if you're interested. I can pay a basic salary.

Yeah, uh.. There's this center some people started for addicts. Drug rehabilitation. I'm hoping to turn it into more of a general rehab center though. I think people could use a place to go when there's no place to go.

Tea would be comforting for people with no where to go. I can at least assist part-time.

I meant that some cultures wouldn't consider pouring the right tea for the right person a simple task.

Well, it never is. Not everyone likes every kind of tea, or even know what they like. It's a matter of listening to people and knowing a great deal about tea. While there are people who only care if a tea blend is rare or expensive, most people value tea if it is well-prepared and a blend that suits their tastes.

[Iroh has Opinions of people who are willing to drink sub-par tea because it is expensive, but they pale against those who would serve expensive-but-sub-par tea because they expect anyone who drinks the stuff doesn't know the difference.]

Well, I assume the Jasmine Dragon is still in Ba Sing Sei. I'm told that when I return there, it will be as if I didn't left. Which is a relief. I have good employees, but I'm still training the management.

Ah, I see! I had simply assumed you meant that you had already established a shop here. It sounds like a very pleasant business indeed. I hope you will let us know if you manage the same thing here.

I most certainly will! Are you a tea drinker, by chance?

I am, though it's likely that my version of tea may differ from yours. Different worlds will always breed different vegetation, after all. Still, I would like to sample what this world has to offer.
