[His arrival had been rough and disorienting, but now that he's had a few days to recover, Zuko decides to introduce himself to the community at large.

The feed starts with a confused looking teenager with a big scar on the side of his face. He's staring for a moment before he speaks.]

Is this thing even working?

[He fiddles with it some more before he decides that yes, it is working.]

Uh, hello. Zuko here. I'm new and uh... I guess you guys already know that.

[He fidgets a little. There's also a look about him like he's definitely uneasy about something.]

So... I guess I will be here for awhile.

[Duh. Why is he so bad at this?]

Wait a sec... "New"? Dude, you were here when I arrived like four months ago. You replied to my first post.

[A brief pause while he considers this.]

Guess you left and then came back...? But then you don't remember...

What?

[Now he's really confused!]

I dunno, man. People come and go here all the time, but I haven't really been here long enough to see how things go if or when people come back.

So... what happened when I was here? How long have I been gone?

I'm gonna assume you went home again not too long after we first talked, so it's probably been at least a couple of months since you've been away. As for what happened while you were here? I really only know what other people have told me about stuff related to the war that's going on.

[He shrugs a bit.]
