[Adrien appears on the console screen at the Midnight Hotel, looking more than a little perturbed. His usual mask of friendly politeness is starting to show some cracks. While the politeness remains, there's a small sense of being rattled underneath it all. Images from his dream haunt his mind and he knows, he knows they're memories. Not dreams.

Though the memories from home are bad enough; particularly those surrounding his father and the horrible realisation than the man knows more than he's letting on, the way Adrien got these memories is worrying him a lot more.]

Hello! It's Adrien.. obviously, sorry. I just wanted to check in to see if anyone else has ever had something here happen to them. I'm probably worrying over nothing.

So. I just woke up with a bunch of memories from home. Memories I definitely didn't have when I went to sleep last night. I always thought that process was different, that you-

[That you went to Milyn. But she's gone. The reminder is like a punch to the gut and Adrien grimaces in spite of himself. Maybe that's why this has happened?]

That it was different, is all. Any insight or information anyone has would be very much appreciated, thank you!

[It so helps, because at least there's a chance she remembers most of this too. Even little parts of it. Seeing a familiar face does relax him, and the smile comes more naturally to him. ]

Just a little weirded out is all. It's very unusual.

I really liked your album cover for Jagged Stone. That was really cool.

[Yes, let's focus on a happy memory. Push all the crap to one side for a while, pretend it isn't there. La la. ]

[A few seconds is still good going! Besides, her being flustered is just another reminder that at least one thing here is normal. A little piece of real home. It's comforting, in its odd little way. ]

You absolutely did! It was so Jagged. The scent sticker was a work of genius. And thanks for autographing it for me, that meant a lot.

I'm sure. A friend of mine from home showed up just over a week ago and things match up. They're definitely memories.

I had a...dream once. About my family. Back home.

I don't know how real it actually was. There's never been anybody here for me to ask. But...I know it felt real. Even when I think back on it now, and even when some things about it didn't make total sense...

But I wasn't in my room, asleep. I'd been in the world of Dreaming. Maybe...maybe that happened to you, too. Somehow.

Maybe. Maybe with Milyn gone, the Dreaming is taking over? All I know is that it felt really real.

Not at all. I just went to bed and when I woke up, I remembered all this new stuff. It feels like I went home, but I don't think I actually did. Not unless I put months worth of being there into one night.

It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility, given the way time works here and doesn't over there.

Before Eva died, she returned people to their worlds and brought them back--if I recall correctly. Milyn took over that task. Frankly I'm a little surprised the Dreaming didn't cotton on sooner and start forcing memories down our throats.

So you think it might happen to more people? That they'll just wake up with new memories?

No? I've been carrying on just like normal. I thought I'd like to learn more about home, but I knew with Milyn gone it wasn't going to happen.

...Or at least I thought that was the case.

It is totally not any trouble. I just left training and I'm at a cafe anyway - the entrance to the Hotel is nearby from here.
