Something was brought to my attention recently.  I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner, but it could be really important.

Allergies.

Is there anyone here who has them?  Of things from home, or maybe of something you've realized you're allergic to here.  Plants...food...metals...I'm curious to know.

It is interesting that the subject hasn't come up much before now. I wonder if it's not something that's very common among kedan, or if they just never saw a reason to talk about it. I certainly can't think of anyone having a major attack.

Mostly about cooking, some traditions, child rearing, things of that nature.

Doesn't that seem...I don't know...a little personal? Some people can be sensitive when talking about how they raise their families.

Some were offended, and I apologized, allowing the subject to drop. Others were happy to share their experiences. It's just like humans, really.
