[Victor looks a little annoyed when he turns on his console tonight. Behind him, the view of his suite is blocked by some rock. A big, talking rock to be exact. Santo's right there behind him.]

Hey, everyone. I've got a question for everyone that's familiar with superheroes. It's about the costumes. They're an important thing to have, right? For a lot of reasons like protecting and hiding secret identities.

But this guy [He jerks a thumb over his shoulder at Santo.] just says they're stupid.

Don't get me wrong, the costumes are cool but that's about it. Wearing one just to hide your identity is what's stupid. You don't see Ms. Marvel, Iron Man, or Hawkeye worried about people knowing who they are. Hell, Luke Cage doesn't even wear a costume and he kicks all kinds of ass!

Besides, you don't see any X-Men hiding behind a mask.

[Victor just rolls his eyes.]

Lots of X-Men have worn masks. [He shakes his head.] So what do you guys think? Costumes important for superheroes or not?

The answer is obviously not.

[Victor doesn't even bother replying. He just gives Santo a look.]

I'm talking about Tony Stark. [He frowns a moment.] This may be one of those alternate universe things.

So am I. Alternative universe things?

Well, it's sort of like how we all ended up here from different worlds. We could be from different versions of the same world.

[She doesn't sound like she thinks it's great.]

So conceivably there could be two versions of Tony Stark running around here?

[She doesn't not want to have to manage two versions of Tony Stark.]

Well, technically yes. I haven't even seen one running around here yet though.

How long have you been here?

[With how well known Tony likes to make himself she's surprised he hasn't seen him around.]

Not very long. Only a couple weeks.

[Well that explains it.]

Well, it's good you're not alone here. I wonder how different he is from the Tony Stark from where I'm from.

If you'd like we could meet and compare notes.

[She'd rather not be smacked in the face with a new and fresh Tony Stark that she knows nothing about. Though seeing as how he knew her on sight she feels she can assume that that version of Tony also has a Pepper Potts.]

Sure, I could tell you what I know him. Granted it's not as much as I'd be able to tell you about the X-Men or the Young Avengers though.

Strictly speaking I don't know anything about any of that.

Yeah, I kind of figured you wouldn't. I can tell you about them too if you want.

[Actually she does know. Tony tends to tell her pretty much everything. National security or not.]

[Victor arches a brow for a moment and then smiles.]

Oh, I think I get it. Stuff you're not strictly supposed to know does tend to be useful though.
