[As always, Superman's post comes from an anonymous location, somewhere in the Fire sector. He's been changing the place he broadcasts from in every post, in case someone tried to track it.]

Well, it's become obvious the turtle has decided to take a bath. It seems to be safe for now but we don't know when it will stop. The way things look it isn't going to be anytime soon. The Kedan seem to be pretty sure it will be alright so it's probably not the first time this has happened.

Those of us who can breathe underwater or spend a long time under it should share experiences to see how far we can get, but I wouldn't suggest trying to break this barrier.


Another thing to keep in mind is the lack of sunlight. [AND NOT AT ALL BECAUSE HE'S GOING TO SLOWLY LOSE HIS POWERS WITHOUT IT why would you think that geez.] Is there anyone with the kind of power that would allow them to duplicate it? Or to create a substitute? I can offer my heat vision to make fires anywhere it's needed, but it's a poor substitute.

Anyway, just... be careful, everyone.

What, for a light spell? It's pretty simple, so it doesn't require any special materials. I just need something to put the enchantment on, to carry the light. And, you know, a few juulan...

[An eyebrow goes up at that.] You'd expect to get money in order to save people?

You make it sound like a little light is a matter of life and death! Besides, I'm providing a service! All the time and energy that goes into enchanting objects -- don't you think I'm entitled to some compensation? C'mon, how's a girl gonna live?

[He doesn't really like the idea, but it's not really a time to argue about that kind of ethics. Plus he's no one to tell her how to do her job.]

Alright then, tell me if you need any particular object to use that spell on?

Almost anything will work, but glass and crystal hold the light better. It'll last longer that way. Something small that you could carry around would probably be good, so...

[ Lina looks thoughtful for a moment. ]

I mean, I could enchant any old thing, but if you're looking for the best results, some kind of small glass figure. Nothing fancy -- just something you could easily hold in your hand.

I'll do my best to find a couple of things like those. Where should I leave them?

Oh, you can bring them to my suite in the Fire Sector! That'd be great!
