[Before this post, Raphael will be swimming around in the Water Sector, trying to keep as hidden as possible but needing to surface to breathe and also sneak back up onto the docks occasionally when he can't cross sections in water. He's a stealthy little bugger, so the average Joe might miss him, but anybody with serious training or extra-sharp senses might find him.

Look, kid, if you want a friend you're lookin' in the wrong place. I've got things to do.

[Raphael is, unfortunately, the least friendly and social of his brothers. Now if it were Mikey or Don, Dick might have an easier time with it.]

You're not going to find anything under there. Not a way out, at least. I wanted to know if there's anything else under there. Like... artifacts that look strangely old, anything out of place.

[He's wondering if there are any remnants of the zombies. He doubts it, but having confirmation would make him feel better. And investigating on his own would be difficult unless he wasted a rebreather.]

The upside to being here for awhile is that I have a lot of information, some confirmed, some rumors. So, we can swap information. It'll save you a lot of time.

[Okay, that makes him pull up short. He gives Dick another look, more assessment than dismissal this time, and folds his arms.]

[He doesn't want to send Raph on a wild goose chase. Depending on what Raph told him, he could narrow down areas to investigate himself.]

As a show of good faith, I'll tell you something that is really useful when it comes to escape plans. The turtle is surrounded by a barrier. It's impenetrable except when we make landfall.

Okay, why? To keep us in or to keep things out? [Raph is guessing it's to keep them in, even if this is starting to sound seriously ridiculous, like a video game setup.]

Sure, whatever. [Raph isn't sure how he feels about this -is this swapping information or is he a glorified errand boy?- but it's not like it's going to be trouble to tell this kid anything he finds. Not like he won't be in the canals at all.
