001; video post
[Someone looks really exhausted and ticked off for only just having arrived in the city. He's also still in his super-gear, green and white spandex covering his body and his goggles pushed up onto his forehead. His white hair looking like it's had a frustrated hand shoved through it more than a few times.]
Wow, okay, this place seriously needs to invent something faster than that stupid cart I just had to sit eternity in, because wow that was the worst three days of my life. And look, I get it. You guys don't even have to pretend to play along. This is some dumb initiation thing for the Avengers ain't it? You got Doc Strange all up in this to test our superhero strength or something. I mean I thought we kinda did a good job already, but whatever, I guess that's why you're a Captain and I'm a... what do they call the ones under Captains? Cadet sounds way too gay...
[he thinks for a few milliseconds, before scrunching his nose up and giving up, looking back at the camera.]
But no, seriously, the cart ride was totally enough initiating can you just get to the point so I can go get a pizza? Or do I really have to play your stupid game? Because I'm seriously not in the mood after you made me sit forever on a stupid cart and now I'm practically starving here!
[he goes to turn off the console, but then realises that he should probably at least say something else.]
If it's not Cap, I'm blaming you, Wiccan. You better be here too so I can kick your butt.

video;
Oh, I'm Teddy. Where are you right now? They put me up in uh... WO-1B.
video -> action
...Huh. Okay. On my way. I'll be like two minutes.
[he shuts the video off. And is pretty much there in about ten. But only because he's not familiar with the place, and getting from the cafe he was posting in to WO-1B took a bit of figuring out, since actually asking the kedan seemed like a last resort to him. But it doesn't take him too long, and he's letting himself into the room, pulling his goggles off his face, looking around for Teddy.]
Altman? You in here?
action
He comes out wiping his hands on an apron he'd procured and grins.] So. This place isn't so bad. At least the kitchen was stocked and the kedan or whatever seemed helpful enough, right?
action
When did you turn into Martha Stewart?
[he's at the pot lifting up the lid to peer inside before Teddy even has a chance to answer.]
Nope. Never. [he stirred the contents of the pot, sniffing it]
And are you kidding? This place sucks do you know how long I was stuck on that stupid cart for?!
action
With a frown, he leans over and smacks Tommy's hand away and replaces the lid on the pot.]
Leave it or you'll spoil it.
Yeah, I was trying to be optimistic, thanks. And it was only six hours, serious. Stop being so dramatic. [He sounds exasperated, but he grins at Tommy.]
The pizza's almost done by the way.
action
I know that dumbass, but that don't change the fact that you look like a housewife right now. [his grin doesn't last long, and the moment Teddy brings up the cart ride again he's scowling]
For you maybe but that seriously felt like three days for me! So you can shut up I can complain all I want.
[he perks up a bit at the mention of pizza]
How long?
action
Yeah yeah, whatever you say.
Couple of minutes. And the stew needs another fifteen. [He waits those two minutes in silence and then pulls the pizza out and cuts it up. He isn't hungry himself, so he heads to his console and--] Tommy! Billy's here too!
action
...Thanks. For the food. [he gives a small shrug.] I'm seriously glad you're here, because this place sucks.
[when the pizza is pulled out, Tommy peers over Teddy's shoulders impatiently, waiting to get his hands on it, and leans up against the counter when Teddy finally moves, stuffing pizza in his mouth. He's never felt so hungry and with the combination of the screaming from his legs and the grumbling from his gut, it was a good indicator as to why he was so irritable. Running on empty was not fun.
He looks over when Teddy shouts his name, mouth full of pizza and another slice in his hand and then is behind Teddy, peering down at the console.]
Awesome! He can totally get us home. [he says, barely coherent with the amount of food in his mouth.]
