[Shelby's pretty much gotten the hang of this communication thing. She watched carefully when that kedan had shown her what to do, and she's been watching Garrett from the background. Whose terminal she is using now. She's just not the best at communicating or people skills, so she pretty much just stares at the screen for a few minutes, as if she's unsure of what to do or say now that she's set it up. After another moment, she finally speaks. Her voice is soft and low.] My name is Shelby Rook. I'm looking for a dragon. He's about the size of a pony, dark red in color, breathes fire. I have found the other person the dragon was with, so I can only assume he might be here as well. He answers to Bubbles. [A pause, and then a slight smile.] Try to not run from him; he is still a deadly predator, regardless of size. [And it'd suck if people started going after her dragon for such a silly thing like him eating them or something.]

[She leans back somewhat, head tilting.] I have been told we are to work here. I... have a varying set of skills, including some medical training. [And other things. You want a bitch killed? She'll kill a bitch. She likes killing bitches.] Thank you.

In his world, magic bled over by accidental phenomenon and it wasn't really something to call a gift in most circumstances. Though Dragons he wouldn't call one. ] Does your land require magic to thrive? [ a snort ] Would man truly perish without their power?

[tee. hee.] I see. That is interesting. I wonder if the turtle is a god, in his own right. [It'd make sense, possibly.] To thrive? I am not sure. We have never been without magic. Even now, with the existence of the pygmies, there is still some in the world. To answer that, we would need to have no magic in the world. [She nods.]

Are dragons and humans not allowed to to have trust between each other?

A powerful spirit of nature, perhaps. It does provide for life as the Earth Mother might. Though it has sickened greatly. [ Strange. The Kedan don't seem to be abusing it or pumping toxicity into the nature it provides, like man might in the manner than usually leads to the rapid deterioration of land. ] Perhaps your people should take the opportunity to learn to live simply, alongside the land.

[ A short huff. ] It is their own choice. Not one I've seen often made.
