[Well, here's a face that might be familiar to some people. Looking entirely perplexed by life, even though she knows what's going on. It's just taking some time to sink in, and she's rushed to send out a message because there's some people she desperately hopes are still around.]

So. I was here before. But...then I wasn't? I was here, but I left, and now I'm back again.

[Cue a very confused and frustrated Rose. Her cheeks puff out a little on the tail end of a sigh, and she gives a shake of her head.]

Typical timey wimey stuff, then. Same as always. Even without the Doctor around, it always seems to happen. Which is just great. Really, it is.

[Cue the most sarcastic smile ever. It doesn't last long, however.]

Those of you that don't know me, I'm Rose Tyler. [Have a big, warm, sincere smile and a handwave.]

Anybody out there that does know me? Go on and check in, would ya? Don't make a girl worry 'bout whether or not you're still around.

[Oh, hey, she remembers you. Sort of.] Did you remember this place while you were gone? And I guess a "welcome back" is in order, too.

Wasn't exactly back long enough to remember anything. Feels like barely a minute passed back there, before I was here again. Thanks for the welcome back, though. Anything been going on here I should know 'bout?

... so they send you back for a minute, and then drag you right back here? There hardly seems to be any point in that, unless it's to prove we can leave. And nothing too interesting happened. But people are losing memories and abilities, so. You know. Same old, same old. [Except a lot more serious.]

Not saying any of this makes sense or has any point. But honest, that's exactly what's happened!

[Sigh.]

Losing memories and abilities, though. You're right. Sounds like the same song and dance as usual 'round these parts. You weren't effected by any of that, were you?

I'm not saying you're lying. Hell, the less it makes sense, the more it feels like this place did it.

[She points back to her wings with a thumb.] Can't fly. Others lost emotions, memories, a bunch of things.

Hope you get what you lost back soon, in that case. I know it's not easy being here, especially not when you've got something as important as that taken away. Is there anything I can do to help? Or is this one of those figure it out on your own and wait it out sort of things?

I think it's one of those things I just have to wait out. (God, does she hate it.) But thanks for the offer. It could be a lot worse, at least. Could be immobile.
