[So Kon has recovered for the most part, he just can't be bothered to do his usual video broadcasts.]

So I guess I can scratch 'being possessed' of my bucket list. Sorry if I hurt anyone. [It's easier to pretend he doesn't remember seeing what he did. Mostly to kedan though. And it's better than doing this over video because then no one can see any twitches that happen when he lies. Or you know, in case the twitches do happen.

It is over, right? I mean those things are gone enough to not bother us? Kinda lame that they were pretty immune to physical contact though. I've looked and not really seen anything.

They couldn't handle the heat, but I don't even think it killed them. I've never seen anything like them. [The 'Reed would have known what to do' is implied.]

Sometimes it did, but other times it didn't. I don't know what made the difference. [Spoilers: it was the amount of concentrated heat energy.]

I'm glad you're alright, but I have to ask: When they took over, did they have full control of you and your powers, or was there a way to fight them?

Ah right. Man, times like these where it'd be useful to have CADMUS or S.T.A.R Labs. They'd be able to look at them and figure stuff out. Maybe.

It had complete control over everything I had and it's own weird...whatever it could do. I think sometimes it lost it's grip? I mean I didn't stop fighting against it.

Was it possible to kill them without killing you?

I guess so? I dunno if it died, I was just kinda recovering from being hit again. But I'm alive and it's gone.

Makes you wonder how that stuff got up there, huh? I mean, seeing the turtle and what it's like, no way the kedan coulda launched it up there.

I think we're not the only ones out there. There are probably other countries, not to mention other planets. Clyde's not the only turtle in the sea.

Well, there are cities. Or there's at least one. We were there a few months ago.

And no one thought that might be relevant?

No one told you? Dude, I woulda if I knew no one had said anythin'. We've docked twice so far.

When? What was it like?

First time was like...uh, somethin' like 8 months, but that's just guessing. That place sucked, it was a wasteland, all messed up, nothing around for miles. Except for the monsters that'd hunt you down.

Second time was a city, real stiff place, but was weird seeing life out there. You know, not on the turtle. We had to get a passport to just get there.

Huh.

Did anyone stay in the city?

Yeah it was full of people. Real straight though, y'know? Like they didn't know what fun is. Was a bore. But real weird cause it was a city with living people in it after swimming for so long.

Did anyone here stay there when you left?

I don't think so. I dunno who would want to. I mean it sucks here, but it's more fun than that place could ever dream of being.

Probably wouldn't have been allowed even if we did.

How would they have stopped you? Don't you have powers?

Yeah but what if it's the turtle's presence that let's us use them here? If we stayed then we coulda lost 'em.

Really wouldn't have wanted to stay.
