I... know there's people handling a list of people who find themselves here to keep track of those who disappear, but now that we know that these incidents aren't going to be isolated maybe we should think of a quick way to check if people have been found after a disaster, or who's hurt or who hasn't been seen around for days?

The number of foreigners and arrivals is growing week by week so it's getting harder to keep track on everyone at once.

Maybe, but just as many new people arrive as leave so...

I wonder if it's an issue of... how much power it costs it to keep us here versus how much power it costs to bring us here.

Heh, I didn't find that out until Asti told me. To be honest, I haven't really been very attentive about what people are learning about this place. I guess that's my own fault.

It's hard to keep up with everything, and it will get harder the more and more people we have living on the turtle.

Which is why my wife and I will start a radio program to share the news.

Well, that and a lot of stuff doesn't get talked about openly.

A radio show? That's awesome! And wow, it's hard to believe it's been almost a hundred years since radios really started being a thing. I miss listening to those soap operas in the 30's and 40's like Captain Midnight and The Cisco Kid!

[An amused laugh] You really are more old than what you look like if you witnessed the birth of the radio.

I don't think we have. I'm Jack Frost, it's nice to meet you Clark. I remember when you first talked about setting up a station but I didn't answer because I wouldn't have been much help.

I'm not sure that'd be fair, my temperature is all skewed to cold. It'd go something like, "today the morning will be hot, the afternoon will be roasting, and the evening will be still too hot, and overnight will be like a sauna stuck in the max position".

[He grins] As amusing as that would be it wouldn't be useful, no. But the door is still open if you ever change your mind.

It's okay. Maybe talk to Miss Ororo if you need someone more all-season for weather.
