Whoa, that is awesome! [Legit bouncing up and down his chair now] Oh man, you have to tell me all about the engineering and mechanics behind it, do you think you could teach me or at least like give me some sketches or something or like help me understand its theories or Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades what are space bridges?!

My specialty lies in alternate energy, but I don't see why I couldn't come up with something for you eventually if you think you'd be able to understand part of it. ( because even shockwave isn't above automatically assuming that humans can't. also no one's informed shockwave about the tyrst accord which means that cybertronian technology can't be shared. sorry about that, leo, because orion's probably going to make sure that stays in place. ) A space bridge is the easiest and quickest way to travel across space, allowing for travel across vast distances near instantaneously. Unfortunately when the Metrotitans left our planet ages ago, they took the technology with them. All we've managed in their absence is quantum jumping but I'm sure if I could get my hands on the technology I'd be able to reverse engineer one.

Holy sh—sharks, that is awesome! If I knew the calculations and machinery required to build that kind of technology it could have saved a whole lot of time in our quest back home. To build a working space bridge? ( there's a laugh, but it's not mocking. ) Things we don't have here, I'm afraid. I'd need to see one, even defunct, to know where to begin.

Oh, you know, quests. The Oracle gives us some vague prophecy, we go do said prophecy that we won't get until the last moment, we succeed and return as heroes. Or die horrible and gruesome deaths. Either way. [he looks almost distracted as he explains lol.]

But whatever! More importantly: are you sure we can't do something about the space bridge? [GENUINELY DEPRESSED TBH]

That's not typical of the quests I'm familiar with - although I do suppose it's easier for your species to die than it is mine. ( shockwave that's not helpful ) Has yours been successful?

( OH RIGHT SCIENCE. )

It hasn't been the focus of my own endeavors - there are, or were, far more pressing concerns - and while replication might be possible without seeing the technology used, it will take far longer to do.

( having the tech to use as a reference means that shockwave can do it within three years, miniaturize it, and stuff it in the body of the big bad. without? primus knows how long. )

Huh? Oh. Yeah, I guess some quests are pretty easy if you're lucky, and some of them are just really bad and you'd question your sanity just by going on it. Why else do you think I'm crazy, anyway?

But surely the knowledge you can gain on them is worth it. I couldn't imagine turning down any opportunity on the chance that something unknown might come to light. There are several things I wish i could find, but all my attempts have been fruitless.
