So. Sinbrilee is kinda cray. But I didn't go home without some fabulous parting gifts! I got a cool new dirk, which is a stupid name for a kickass weapon. AND. I found these kickass bracers. I haven't put 'em on yet, but they're so gonna be an integral part of my superhero costume I'm building.

[He holds up his prizes which look antique enough, yes, but there's something about those bracers.]

I also found a good stack of those little jelly gems, which I can confirm taste like the best, most quality gummy bears ever to exist. Like, imagine a full meal, really delicious, your favorite food...only delivered via the gummy medium. That's them. So if you still can, grab a bunch, save some grocery money.

So. My cool new gear, I found it in a little wooden box. It was half buried under a tree root. And as I was digging out that neat little wooden box, I caught a glimpse of the edge of a copper coin under there too.

A big copper coin. Really big. Like...oh, I don't know, the size of the giant penny you have hanging in the Bat-Cave? I poked my head around the other side of the tree, and wouldn't you know, there it is, sorta buried but easily recognizable. I'm pretty sure it's yours.

[Julie walks up about a minute later, just as excited as Stiles is. She enjoyed talking to him over the device but seeing him face to face sounded better, especially since he's going to show her around the abandoned city. She didn't tour it much just yet.

When she spots Stiles, it's a short jog over, a grin on her face.]

That sounds like a plan. I'll follow you, though. You seem to know a bit more about this place than I do.

[Seriously. She spent hours at the barrier just watching the fish and writing about them in her journal. Actual fish, Stiles. It was like being at an aquarium.]

He leads the way then, and already he's got his shiny new dirk strapped at his hip, just in case. Although he's still wondering about the bracers, they're pretty unwieldy. So he doesn't have them on. Hmm.]

All I know is? Don't go through the archways. They are full of the suck.

[Julie looks to where he's pointing and yeah, that archway is kind of creepy in a really big way. That's going to definitely be avoided in a really big way.]
