[He knows that he maybe shouldn't do this, but he can't help it. There's been so much tension and stress from the way the kedan have been acting and Bucky's stone apartment getting cracks and mold that Bucky was freaking out over--not to mention the fact that finding jobs was a lot harder now...
So Toro had taken a day and gone onto the mainland. It had been...maybe he could call it fun. And the awesome thing he found there had definitely been worth it. And Bucky wouldn't be home for a few more hours, and he had to share it with somebody. So here he is, grinning like a fool on the computer-radio-thing in his own little suite in Wood Sector.]
Phew, I was thinking a trip to the city would be a bust, but they have some pretty cool stuff there if you know where to look. And at least there the people aren't a step away from throwing stones at you...probably. [A little awkward laugh there.] Seems like a lot of people have some rough patches they're going through, but there's gotta be something good going on to think about, right?
Like how flaming hot the souvenirs can be off the mainland! See? [He holds up what looks to be a rather nondescript sword, sharp, sturdy, dark handle. Just a double-edge sword with a longer hilt.] I actually found a sword that look pretty cool to stick on the wall. Like they put up above the fireplaces in old castles and stuff. Not the kind of thing that you can just pick up in a China shop back home. Almost felt like I should have been pulling it from a stone. [He holds it easily in hand, then swings it around on his wrist to switch his grip. He's not that great with a blade, but he's pretty good at juggling--
--that is until the sword catches fire and he almost drops the thing in surprise.] When I said flaming I didn't mean that. And I swear it wasn't my--uh--criminy--now how do you turn this thing off?
[And he'll have to get off of there, sorry, he has to make sure the flaming sword doesn't set his tree house on fire. Bucky is going to kill him.]
