I seem to be the latest victim in a string of thefts. Is someone handling this? The authorities, an overeager vigilante? I don't really care who it is, but they seem to have taken some weapons that could be a danger to most people. I figured you'd like to know.

[He glances down to his hands, visible at the edge of the frame. A small, blue, electrical spark dances along his fingertips on one hand. It disappears as he looks up again.]

As to the rest of you, busy with your body changes and magical inclinations.. Enjoy it while it lasts.

If I knew exactly what was taken, I might have. I think there was a gun. Possibly a grenade, some bullets. I don't keep track.

That is because boring people with uncreative methods of violence never realize that they are such. Trust me, I am something of an expert in interesting here.

Of course a gun is boring by itself. That doesn't mean it can't be used in interesting ways. If the person using it is creative, determined.

[Damian's already poking at the thefts, so he's taking a note of this post, too. ... but he also takes a note that this post comes from the same console/id as somebody who was asking after people with powers, earlier. Something to look into, after the current mess is over.]

You've been stolen from? As in you had something, went out and came back without it? Because I'm having a similar issue. Actually in the process of sorting it. Not in a crazy vigilante way, of course, more a tracking and reasoning way.

[Someone's screwdriver went missing a while ago. Cue creating an elaborate and needless tracking device to find the thieves. Though he's not sure if he wants to help someone get weapons back.]

There were things in my apartment that are no longer there, if that's what you mean.

How much do you know about who took them?

Same kind of thing. I think we have a bunch of rascals stealing property these days. You'd think they'd respect the societal rules of a giant turtle. Kids today.

[Cue tutting and head shaking.]

Nothing. I know absolutely nothing. Except they have something of mine that I very much want back and I don't think they've banked on me being able to track said item.

Could never hurt to have an extra pair of hands. Though I'm not saying this has a 100% chance of working perfectly, for the record. Things often go a little flukeyish with devices. Still, I have a lot of confidence we'll be fine.

[Though he's mentally debating setting grounds rules so they didn't end up like ... fighting crime for a day and getting all vigilante on some poor common or perhaps fairly unassuming thieves.]
