To everyone who has found themselves in someone else's body: stop. panicking.

[ This is something she has rather personal experience with and while she knows that 'disconcerting' doesn't even begin to cover it, Raven feels like she's talking down a hysterical Starfire all over again. ]

Find whomever you've switched with and talk to them. It's in their best interests to help you with any abilities or requirements their body has.

[ a pause and then she adds, in a tone that suggests she is mentioning this because she knows it's going to be necessary: ]

And don't "experiment" with what's not yours.

It's a cultural quirk, not a sign of encroaching madness.

[ People rarely directly call him out on the third person thing, oddly enough. It actually trips him up a little. ]

I might be able to offer some insights, however. Conceptually, these sorts of spells are well within my purview. Are you familiar with the work of Sunnhvatr the Burning? Eighth century Norse mortal that sold his soul to a demon with a terrible sense of humor?
