I haven't seen many new faces in the last while - but if you don't know me, I'm the Headmaster, so if you want to get involved in the school, we should talk. Things have been rather hectic lately, but I hope we can keep everything running smoothly.

[He looks down for a moment.]

Which brings me to a...more personal concern, I suppose. [He isn't used to addressing the network on such issues. Most of his posts have been announcement style, because he's so used to keeping his public image official.]

There are a lot of concerning issues brought up by the Emperor's recent announcement, to say the least. But I have to wonder, specifically, about being sent home. If we are returned back to the point we were taken from, I only have a short time left to live, and I can't be the only one in that situation. Has anyone investigated the possibility of alternative options? Would you want to take such an option, if you could?

They tend to do that, although I've been lucky to live during a time of peace and unprecedented prosperity. You have my condolences as well.

( with a sickeningly corrupt underbelly, but details. )

One that threatens all of our own universes, if the Emperor is to be believed.

Agreed on all counts. Furthermore that she would so willingly sacrifice all of us without allowing us the choice to do it ourselves-- her intentions may be noble, and the cause just, but she has not done her all in endearing herself to us.

If I knew that my death here could serve to protect uncountable words, I would not think twice about it. And while I'd hope that others would do the same, no one should be forced to die for something. ( a small smile ) Something tells me she'd take the suggestion poorly.
