He stares silently into the console for a moment longer than might be comfortable for some people.]

To those of you who reside on this turtle whom I have not yet met: greetings. I am Thor, brother of Loki and member of the Avengers.

[Another pause. Why on Earth do people talk to each other on these things? One might as well talk to a brick wall.]

I am responsible for the sudden storm which arrived and so suddenly departed a few nights ago.

If you know of any damage which was caused then, bring it to my attention and I shall put it right. You have my word that any future storms of such magnitude will be kept outside the confines of the city.

[Another pause... and he nods. That's everything he wanted to say.]

[Thor is much quieter than when they last spoke.]

[Note: This is following up this happenstance. TL;DR: Thor lost his temper and made it rain and lightning quite badly and there's been slight/mild damage to stuff because YAY FIGHTING?! :'D Feel free to have had something of your character's been damaged by lightning and Thor will come fix it (or just yell at him for being so noisy so late in the evening. Wow such a rude neighbour.)]
