[Billy looks a mess, his hair is dry, but sticking up everywhere from the wind and rain. The right side a little more than the rest from running his hand through it so often. He might be coming across as worried and he is.]
Has anyone seen Teddy? He went out into the storm to help out but he...he hasn't checked in. He's not back yet and he hasn't...that isn't like him.
[He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, making it stick up even more.]
He's tall, kind of broad shouldered and built, but not too built! He has blond hair and blue eyes and piercings.
[He stops because he's starting to sound really worked up, he takes a deep breath a holds it, rubbing his eyes. He lets out a shaky breath and sniffs trying to rein everything in.]
Sorry. I uh...I hope no one got hurt in the storm.

[Excuse him that just gets Billy a Look. It's probably a pretty obvious look. The 'holy crap are we about to deal with a Scarlet Witch 2.0' look.

[IGNORING THE FACT THAT HE TOTALLY IMPLIED IT THROUGH BODY LANGUAGE BECAUSE WOW HE FEELS LIKE A JERK.]

[His jaw clenched when he didn't talk and his hands curled up into fists at his side.]
Right. If you're the last person to judge then try not let your body show you are.
[He takes a breath and sighs.]
Look, whatever this isn't about me or you, this is about trying to find someone regardless of powers.
action;
Shut up for a sec. The very first thing I ever did with my powers was kill somebody accidentally. I know what it's like to have people look at you like that. I'm sorry, okay? It was a douchebag thing to do.
[Wow awkward. He just. Doesn't look at Billy. My, what a fascinating bit of wallpaper you have there.]
Fine. Whatever. Let's do this.

Yeah it was. Look, I'm sorry as well, I just really don't want people thinking I'm going to lose control just because I'm like the Scarlet Witch. I mean these powers are like a nuclear bomb, I almost killed someone when my actual powers came about.
But yeah.
action;
[He rolls his eyes. Brandon doesn't have the best opinion on the adult population of either group.]

[He really couldn't think of any at the moment and that was kind of sad.]

[Because reasons?]

Then let's get going.

[He looks at himself and there's the glow of his magic as his clothes melt away, being replaced by his uniform.
He went back to the door and opened it, holding it for Brandon first.]

[that trick with the uniform. Brandon nods, and steps out into the Sector. Awkwardness has officially set in. Now what does he say? Or do?
Turns out what he does is stuff his hands awkwardly in their pockets and just sort of. Pretends that conversation isn't a thing he does.]

[Billy can feel the awkwardness between them and it's not exactly comfortable. He looks at Brandon as he walks out and closes the door.
Part of him wanted to try and break the awkwardness but only ended up shuffling a little.]
So uh...

Seriously, man, how have you never heard of me. What the hell are they teaching you over in magical Young Avenger land? Did they even mention us Initiative rejects?
action;
Well, I know about the Initiative, my friend had been in it. But you know how it is, every week there's something going on. After the whole registration thing there was the invasion and then the whole Osborn thing and then the whole 'let's try bring back the mutants' with my mom.
I didn't know anyone by name, sorry.
action;
[He very carefully doesn't mention which side he was on.]

[Billy shrugged.]
I'm not one to judge and sometimes people make their choices for reasons.

[Brandon sighs, shifts his jacket higher on his shoulders.]
So, Teddy. Where'd he work? We can start there.
action;
[He opens his mouth and then closes it again for a few seconds.]
That's the thing, I don't know exactly. We spread out and I didn't really notice which way he went.

[Give him a sec.]
Big guy, right? And he's-- uh. Actually I have no idea what his powers were. Where'd they be the most use? Like... you aren't gonna toss a guy with a glass jaw where there's going to be a lot of debris flying around. That sort of thing.
action;
Probably green.
action;
Well, then we gotta find wherever the most damage has happened and start there. I mean, green's a little weird even for the kedan, right?
action;
Yeah. Well, Wood has some damage, I can check out Water?
action;
[the only green he likes comes on dollar bills, baby.]
