[Everyone gets to see two familiar faces this time, with a couple of twists. Dick (the elder) is sitting down in the chair, wearing a bright red coat with white trim, a hat of the same color, and of course, a beard to match the whole thing. It’s pulled down, though, so you can see his face. And his wonderful assistant, Zatanna, is standing behind him, dressed up like the most beautiful elf there is. They’re both looking pretty happy about this.]

It’s getting cold out! And what does cold mean? Holiday fun, of course. So I, and my amazing elf assistant here, have decided that Santa Claus needs to come to the turtle. [See what he did there? See it? Okay, good.]

And so it is with pleasure that we let everyone know-- [He gets cut off as Zatanna leans forward, and he looks up at her.]

[The fifteen-year-old elf bends down until she's level with his ear, covering her mouth so she could whisper something secretively to him.]

Really?

[She nods, and offers a playful wink.] Trust me. I know a guy who knows the guy personally.

[Dick looks back at the screen, and his voice drops into a perfect, heavy Russian accent.] Is this better?

[She practically has to bite her tongue to keep from bursting out laughing. Impressive. She should've known.] It'll do.

[Dick grins.] I’d like to invite everyone to come over to the Wood sector, where we have a little holiday party going on.

[He stops, laughing and shaking his head. He has to drop the Russian accent.] Okay, I can’t keep that one up, but I tried! Anyway, we’ve got a small thing going on in a café in the Wood sector, with some cakes and gingerbread-ish things, and some hot drinks. And what would Santa be without his...

[He holds up a huge, red velvet-like bag.] Bag, yes! And it is filled with little odds and ends, so there are presents for all!

[Dick sets the bag down, and pulls the beard back up with a grin.] And to all, a good... day? Yeah, that still works. To all, a good day! Remember, café in the Wood sector, we’ll be here awhile!

[ooc: Action is absolutely welcome.]

Well thank you! [He's grinning so much it officially counts as beaming.]

You've got a lot of spirit yourself, you should come on by! We're having a lot of fun, we could really use some more bodies in this place, I don't think we've gotten to every corner yet.

[Gen beams back as if that were the best thing he has ever received. Invitation to a party? Hell yes.]

Really?! All right! [He is so excited at this point that he's practically bouncing in front of his console.]

I don't have a costume or anything, but I can help out with stuff!

[He's starting to look teary.] I thought people in this place were kinda cold, but you really showed me the truth. You guys are great!

That's okay, don't worry about wearing a costume. [Dick laughs.] We're the only ones wearing them, you'll fit right in with everyone else here.

[Oh no, don't cry! This is one of the reasons why this was needed. People needed to be cheered up a little.] I'm really glad we could help. I think everyone here needed some Christmas cheer, and we are more then happy to help it get there!

[Gen is just really enthusiastic. And easily moved, so their show of embracing the spirit of good will and kindness is getting pretty high marks from him. To the point he's got tears, but that's totally manly, right?]

You guys are good people! That's right, we need to make sure everyone is happy this Christmas since we're all so far from home. I support you, Santa! Let's melt their hearts with Christmas cheer.

[He's just slightly overwhelmed by feelings.]

[Oh yeah. Tears are very manly. Dick is kind of concerned about this guy. Can you die from being too excited? He didn't think it was possible, but yes. He is very concerned.]

Okay! That's the right attitude! So we're going to see you at the party, right?

[If it is possible to die from being enthusiastic, then Gentarou is a great candidate. He just gets caught up in feelings, and the amount of effort they put in is particularly moving at the moment. He is still grinning though. That doesn't seem to waver.]

Yeah! No way I'm gonna miss this.

[He seems to get over the teary bit and settle into something more warmly enthusiastic.]

Good! When you get in here, just look for the guy in the red coat, or the girl in a green elf costume. [He'll be glad to meet this guy in person. He just hopes he doesn't jump around a lot or something.

Maybe he should limit the sweets, though. Just in case.]

Okay! I'll look for you.

[As if he could really miss them. Of course, Zatanna also invites him, and Gen is so excited he ends up dashing off to the party and literally runs up looking more impressed than some five year olds would be if they were on Earth.]

Ah, this is great! You guys really went all out for this!

[He grins widely and takes in the scenery. The decorations are totally a great touch.]

Did you two do all of this by yourselves?

[That was fast. Really fast. Is this guy a Flash? Dick's almost tempted to ask that, but for obvious reasons, he can't. Still, he could probably give a Flash a run for their money.]

Hey! Yeah, we did. Mostly Zatanna did, she's the one with the magic powers that are able to do this. But I helped out a little with the decorations.

I helped with the clothes, though. I'm not too shabby when it comes to costumes. [Dick grins.] Hi! Glad you could make it.

[He's just really enthusiastic. The decorations and gathering of people remind him of a festival, which is really what everyone needs right now. That's what he thinks, anyway. As frustrating as things get, they can work them out if they stick together. This is a reminder of that.]

It looks great! If I knew you were doing this, I would of helped. Ah- [Oh, wait.]

Magic? You mean, like, witches? [He honestly does look nervous. Gen, despite adjusting to the turtle idea, is struggling a bit with the magic.]

But it's not dangerous, right?
