[Today, Molly's sprawled out in a chair near her console. Behind her, a decorated Christmas tree is shimmering, sometimes existing, other times not, colored lights twinkling on the ceiling. It's really only an excuse to practice -- and to get a bit of the Christmas spirit in her, too.]

So, uh, happy turtle birthday to me, I guess. Do I get some sort of prize for being here a year?

[There's a pause, in which some people might be able to make out the faint sounds of Nat King Cole singing 'The Christmas Song', and Molly bites her lip a bit.]

I wasn't in much condition to pay attention last year, but. Christmas. Does anyone do anything for it around here? 'Cause I probably will, if anyone is interested. You might want to stay away if you have a thing about magic, though.

Do you want to see me in a dress? I could make that happen.

Ah...I could not imagine or presume to...however you are most comfortable?

[Enjolras offers up a bit of a shrug here.]

The particulars of clothing worn by ladies quite elude me.

I'm comfy like this, but I wouldn't have to change. See? [And after a moment's thought, she's suddenly dressed in something much more akin to what Enjolras is used to seeing. Blonde hair and no tattoos, even!]

Ah... What is...

[Enjolras settles for a long blink, and a smile. The tattoos being gone does help a bit.]

That IS appreciated. Wrong as it is to say, there was something...intimidating, slightly, about before. I must get used to it, of course, but...

[That's a laugh] Seriously? You haven't seen me in clothes I wear when it's hot out. You'd probably turn bright red.

I'm only intimidating if you piss me off, I promise.

[That DOES make one consider possibilities and well. Enjolras HAS met women here who wear less but...]

That is well then. As I hardly wish to do that.

[After another moment or two, that glamor fades and she's back to long sleeves, jeans, and big stompy boots. Sorry 'bout it, Enj.]

Eh, you won't unless you're secretly evil or something.

[Big stompy boots are something anyone can appreciate though, right? Not so bad, really.]

I can safely say that if I am, it is a secret that has been kept from even myself.

Well, good. [There's a beat.] I don't think I got your name. If you don't give me one, it's just going to end up being 'Frenchie.'

That WOULD be nice to include, now wouldn't it? Enjolras. It's good to have met you.

[There's a slightly dubious look.] Can I just call you 'E'?

Well, I do not see why not. That certainly works and is not as odd as some of the variations I have gotten.

Good. That's a lot easier.

Is it? Then you are welcome to it.

Well, it's either that or 'blondie'.

Oh please not. [Have a snort there.] E will do just fine.

Okay, blondie. [Have a cheeky grin there.]

[Enjolras just takes that moment to roll his eyes a little, recognizing the tactic straight away.]

[And he just gets an extremely innocent smile in return.]

That does, of course, make me consider what I might come up with for YOU, of course.

Yeah? Try me, blondie.
