Am I the only one who thinks it's suspicious how, in the weeks around the Emperor's murder, our presence is suddenly graced with a pair of queens, a princess, a prince, and whatever that horned kid is? It's not the first grouping I've noticed.

That would imply someone has a hand in choosing who comes to the turtle and who doesn't from all the different worlds.

What other groupings have you noticed?

Generally, people that know each other seem to arrive with too much good timing. The overarching pattern is the number of people that claim or demonstrate superhuman abilities.

Most of us do have powers but that makes sense if the idea was to have us fight a war. A war against something so unspecific as Mally too. Maybe it's easier to pull people from the same world at the same time?

In your world, what's the ratio of powered to non-powered? Non-powered being your standard eat-sleep-work-play human. It doesn't have be perfect. Ballpark it. 5%? 10? Higher?

It's hard to know but I'd say there are like 30% children of the gods around? not sure since I don't know how many greek ones there are. but the world is surrounded by monsters, spirits, fauns and such so if you count more than just humans most of the earth is powered

That's higher than my planet. I don't know if it's higher than my -universe-. Xenological studies aren't my expertise. I couldn't tell you the populations of the aliens who'd probably tip the scales to over 50% of humanoids. Earth itself, maybe 1%. That feels high to me though.

That's pretty low but I guess that's what most people would expect. Are you one of the powered ones or the lucky ones?

How do you know the powered ones aren't the lucky ones?

Having powers in my world is already pretty bad. I can't imagine what it must be like when you're only the 1%. Everyone must be afraid of you.
