Am I the only one who thinks it's suspicious how, in the weeks around the Emperor's murder, our presence is suddenly graced with a pair of queens, a princess, a prince, and whatever that horned kid is?

It's not the first grouping I've noticed.

No, they're not. I count at least 5 outside of the two month range surrounding the Emperor's death:

Luna (the horse)
The younger Loki
One of the Thors
Nita
Arthur

But Thor was close to the time in question. Even if you count the departed royalty, more than half of them turned up in a two month period. The network has been active for well over a year. That doesn't seem like a tight grouping to you?

Find me another large group with something as uncommon in common. I can't. Then to have the Emperor die? I don't like coincidences.

It's not necessarily random, but it's also not necessarily connected to the Emperor's murder. We're here to fight a war - that requires people with lots of different skill sets, including people who have a lot of skills and training in leadership and administration.

It's also still a tiny fraction of the overall foreign population. Plus, calling something "uncommon" in a place like this is bound to open a can of worms. "Uncommon" is all pretty relative here.

If the foreign population is about 175, the number of people (currently 9) who arrived in the two month period AND are royalty is a full 5% of the total population. Is that a high enough percentage for you? When we're talking about people in the past 2 months out of over 17 months meeting a specific subset?

Compared to percentages of other "uncommon" types here, 5 still seems pretty low.

I'm not saying it's a coincidence. I'm just wondering what you think it has to do with the Emperor's murder. And do you have any evidence that positively links the two.
