4th Battle ✙ [Text]
[So Prussia has found out by today that he is kind of low on those things called 'friends' and he is still currently stuck with the inability to talk. He would really like to not have that problem anymore and from what the kedan have said, he's got one shot to do it.
If he can find sponsors of all things.]
Okay, so who else has heard from the damn kedan about fixing whatever the hell happened a few months ago? When people were turning into poltergeists all over town.
[Of course everyone remembers right.]
So tell me about yourselves! Everybody's got to have some similarities. I want to know how we're alike.
[Bother to explain why he wants to know? Explain what these two things have to do with each other? Of course not! Takes too many words. Although for good measure he does put the message up in English, somewhat old-fashioned French, and Russian, too, not just German.]

[Although he's not particularly bothered by it, so Jim shrugs a little to himself and then reaches for a water glass before typing out his next reply.]
I feel like I should use a good old-fashioned a/s/l/s here.
[... that last s, of course, standing for species. It's a Federation thing.]
I'm blond. 27. From Iowa. Big sushi fan.
[text/english]
Sure I'm asking, but there's a reason for it. It won't matter unless we have something in common. Now what kind of sushi do you like? Japan's always got different kinds at his place, but the deep-fried kind was the best. Not as good as his manju, though.
[text/english]
Not so hot on the deep-fried stuff. Gotta watch my girlish figure. Might make an exception for manju. As long as it's the matcha stuff.
[It's totally over his head that Prussia just casually admitted to Japan being personified. Or that the last time they talked it was kind of an argument. Hey it was months ago, all right? He doesn't hold grudges.
Much.][text/english]

Are you by chance one of the many children here? If so, that would explain it and you are excused.

[And it's not every day that people turn into ghosts. At least, not in his experience.]
Why do you want to know about us, for that matter? It'd be easier to find similarities if you said something about yourself too.
text
[As much as you're getting out of him since he's not bothering to tell people he's mute until he needs to.]
It would be easier to find similarities if people didn't keep asking why I need them and just got to the telling. How can I know what we have in common if you don't speak up?
I'm not short, I've got a lot of brothers, I like to read, and if you don't like Old Fritz, we can stop talking now.
text
What sort of things went wrong? It's good their fixing it, yes, but how serious are we talking about?
Alright.
I'm tall, only child, reading is one of my favourite past times, and I've read several books about Frederick the Great. A lot of the authors I've read have considered him one of the greatest military leaders of his era.
I'm also a solider. American. I enjoy drawing and painting. Should I go on?
text
How bad does turning into a ghost have to be before it's serious? You need to keep up!
Fritz was a great leader in every way. His greatness is timeless, which someone who has read about him should know.
[Someone is being a bit blind to reality, but he is always going to be that way when it comes to that man.]
What kind of soldier are you? Infantry, air force, navy?

I heard about it, but I'm not really sure I want to try. I mean, some kind of- magic, or spell, or something made us end up like this right? So it feels like fighting fire with fire in the wrong way.
text
That's the silliest shit I've ever heard. Do you want to stay mute, kid?
permavideo to text;
No. But I don't want to wake up mute and blind either.

If they fuck up, it won't say much for them getting their own people fixed up. You let them do the natives first just so you know it works.

Tell me, does it actually take less effort for you to type all that up instead of just saying it out loud?
[text]
If writing that little bit is so much effort, you must think being easy is having someone else do it for you.

...maybe she should ask Korra where she got those English lessons.]
A smart aleck. Hilarious.
[text]
You're taking things too seriously! It's not like anyone is asking you to write anything.
