Okay, so who else has heard from the damn kedan about fixing whatever the hell happened a few months ago? When people were turning into poltergeists all over town.

Okay, books. Favourite one, go. Mine's The Three Musketeers.

Faust was much better. But I prefer histories. Why need fiction when you can read about all the wars and battles that have really happened!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of history, but it's different when you're reading about real people.

Why? You can't handle the past and seeing it for what it is? The fact it's real people is why I prefer it. You can't make some of the things up that people have done.

Don't put words in my mouth. Metaphorically speaking. I can handle it just fine. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood to read about all the awful shit people do to each other.

That's why humans forget history so easily. Never in the mood to deal with it unless it tells you what you want to hear.

Experience and observation! You live long enough around humans, you see how they handle these things.

It's not a stereotype if it's true. That's like saying bears aren't covered in fur just because one likes to shave. There's always gonna be an exception somewhere.

Then why bother generalizing? Seems cynical.

Just calling it as I see it. But it's not like it's something you can help. If most humans don't live past seventy, who's around to remind you? Who's there to keep the facts straight? By the time three generations have passed who likes to talk about something they can't remember or relate to? History gets lost along the way.

Actually most humans in my time live to their 120s.
