[The feed kicks on to Nilin looking a little weary. Her day thus far hasn't been a good one and it's starting to show.]

Can anyone tell me where in this place I can get a drink? A good drink, mind you. The last bar I found tried to serve me something resembling dishwater.

[And it tasted what she imagines dishwater would taste like, too. There's a pause, and with a light sigh, Nilin speaks again.]

And, to the anonymous voice who spoke up when I first arrived. I'm listening.

[That... is confusing? Booker thinks she must intend it as some sort of insult, but he doesn't understand what she's talking about to know where the insult actually is - except that he's a heavy drinker, which is common knowledge.]

That's.. not an argument. And it's not, but I'm really good at getting into other peoples' business when they might be ruining the innocence and mental health of young girls close to them.

[That just deepens his scowl. You know who was ruining her mental health? The guy Booker saved her from.]

I'd say if you're concerned about Elizabeth, you should talk to her about it.

[Booker's actually getting a little angry, now - not so much for himself, but for Elizabeth. This girl - whoever she is - if she wants to treat him as a joke, she's welcome to. But pretending concern for Elizabeth for her own entertainment? That's crossing a line.]

We talked about this when you were drunk, but I guess it's not surprising you don't remember. I thought we agreed she's better off without you? But then here you are, closer to her than ever.

Booker is not ruining my mental health. Or my innocence.

I hope you're right, but I don't think being an alcoholic caretaker is a good idea even if he's a great guy.

He's not my caretaker. I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself.

And his caretaking is better than any other I've ever had.

And being better doesn't mean good.
