For a random thing foreigners seem to appear in this place in a organized fashion, but I guess seeing all these ghosts around means something is up with the barrier. That, or it's a common occurrence in the 'in-between'...

I think in the ghost stories I know, the ghosts are tied up to the places where they... died. It would stand to reason if our ghosts don't come here.
